I loved the hotel, it was stunningly beautiful and clean with exceptional location near downtown. Got individual, brand-new room on an upper level. The service was good, the food was outstanding.

It was a warm experience in a unique hotel. We liked outstanding rooms and staff. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a scenic view. The area was pretty comfortable. Restaurant in venue was exceptional and the pool area was heated.

Stately hotel, beautiful rooms and amenable staff. Great breakfast at the property with lots of options to choose from. Large beds, central heating, a safe and a sitting area were a nice touch. They had a friendly check-in too.

The location was wonderful, the room was absolutely fabulous, the bed was soft. Loved multi-channel television, a small fridge and a coffee machine in the room. Lots of delicious food. Their service was impeccable too. The stay at this pet-friendly hotel was a memorable one.

We liked the top location and the staff was extremely helpful. Relatively quiet room with a private safe, television and a writing table. The staff did all they can for a peaceful stay. Service was outstanding too. Iconic hotel in fairly quiet area.

We really enjoyed views and location - just excellent. Being feet from Sunset Terrace was nice, we had dinner there. Great place, you know.

It was in general a WONDERFUL experience. Spectacular views of landscape from our room. No complains at all, we would have stayed for longer if in Asheville.

Unique base for a 2-night stay. The service was GREAT and staff were excellent. We truly enjoyed the dining room, where we had our breakfasts.
